Acceptable Use Policy

The standards every campaign, account and login we touch is held to.

1. Who this applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how visitors and clients may use the The Peddler LLC website, client portals, shared reporting dashboards and any environment we host or manage on your behalf. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited activity

You agree not to use our website, systems or deliverables to:

  • Break any applicable law, advertising standard or platform policy.
  • Publish content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene or infringing.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messaging campaigns to lists you do not have consent for.
  • Misrepresent an offer, price, guarantee, endorsement or affiliation.
  • Scrape, crawl, probe, load-test or reverse engineer our site or infrastructure without written permission.
  • Upload malware, attempt privilege escalation, or interfere with other users' access.
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label our deliverables without a written agreement.

3. Marketing-specific standards

Because our work touches search engines, ad networks and email providers, we hold campaigns to the strictest applicable standard. We will not implement cloaking, link schemes, fake reviews, scraped or spun content, misleading claims, or targeting that breaches platform or consumer-protection rules — even at client request.

4. Account and access security

You are responsible for keeping credentials to your ad, analytics and hosting accounts secure, for using multi-factor authentication where available, and for removing access promptly when a team member leaves. Tell us immediately if you suspect a compromise.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action: warning you, suspending access, removing content, pausing campaigns or terminating the engagement. Where activity is unlawful, we may report it to the relevant authority or platform.

6. Reporting abuse

Report suspected misuse of our site or systems to hello@thepeddler.agency. Include the URL, timestamps and any evidence so we can act quickly.
