A creative testing framework that survives contact with reality
Most paid social accounts plateau because creative production cannot keep pace with fatigue. Here is the system we use.

Targeting has been commoditised. On Meta platforms the creative now performs most of the audience-selection work, which means your competitive advantage is production velocity and concept quality.
We separate concepts from iterations. A concept is a new argument for why someone should buy; an iteration is a variation in format, hook or edit. Accounts need a steady supply of both, roughly two new concepts and six iterations per month at moderate budgets.
Judge concepts on early engagement and cost per result at consistent spend thresholds, not on a single day of data. Kill on evidence, not on nerves.
Finally, watch frequency and first-three-second retention as leading indicators. They tell you fatigue is coming weeks before cost per acquisition does.
